Challenge 

  • Galderma wanted to stimulate doctors' prescriptions for their newly launched derma brands Epiduo & Biluma Advance.

  • We leveraged on innovative technology, Augmented Reality to create an impact on a focused group of dermatologists at the annual event Dermacon.

  • but instead of traditional marketing, they needed an interactive and engaging approach. Additionally, at the Dermacon Exhibition, they aimed to increase

  • The objective was to engage with top dermatologists and cosmetologists at their booth using AR technology.

Solution 

  • We created a Dynamic Augmented Reality (AR) experience that made the products come to life.

  • Designed 3D animated versions of the Epiduo & Biluma Advance bottles, giving them interactive eyes, hand movements, and expressions to engage with doctors.

  • At Dermacon, doctors would stand on the AR trigger point, activating a live AR video where the animated products explained their ingredients and benefits through hand gestures and movement.

  • The experience was so engaging that doctors brought their spouses and kids to try it.

  • To make it memorable, doctors took a selfie with the animated Biluma character and received a framed printout as a keepsake.

Result 

  • Record-breaking footfall at Galderma’s exhibition stall.

  • High engagement from top dermatologists and cosmetologists. The exhibition organizers awarded it the best stall with attendance by more than 42% of all visitors.

  • Doctors were deeply engaged and more receptive to prescribing the products.

  • An innovative, never-seen-before approach that left a lasting impression.
